Data we collect
When you request a quote: name, phone, email, event type and date, time, address, notes and the items requested. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email and preferred language.
How we use it
To answer your quote, confirm availability, coordinate delivery and pickup, and — if you subscribed — send you the weekly newsletter. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
How it is sent
Requests and newsletters are sent by encrypted email (TLS) from our server. If you choose WhatsApp, the message opens in your app and is governed by WhatsApp's policies.
Storage in your browser
Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage so you don't lose your order. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to cotizacion@alquifiestas-nys.com. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention
We keep requests as long as needed to serve your event and meet accounting obligations; subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
